Employment Opportunity 

KUFPEC Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company, a subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) is looking to fill the position of Deputy Country Manager Drilling and Operations for its Islamabad Office. 

The candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in Petroleum and Gas engineering or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution having a minimum of fifteen (l5) years' of post qualification experience with at least three year's working in a similar position. He; She should possess versatile experrience covering both planning and operations role in drilling. completion, stimulation ! fracturing and rigless operations. The incumbent should have national and international experience of delivering major exploration and development drilling projects including horizontal wells.

The candidate would be required to lead operations related activity including development of drilling strategy. designing wells. preparing materials specifications. tendering for the equipment and needed services. He She will ensure that drilling projects are optimally planned and executed within the given time frame anal budget following all national and international HSE standards. 

The applicant should have good managerial skills, long term business and operations planning vision with experience of working with joint venture partners and in areas of operated and non-operated Exploration & Production activities. Experience in budgeting, AFE controlling & monitoring and implementation of relevant PCA requirement is a prerequisite for this post.. Candidate will he required to lead and mentor a number of drilling and operations professionals Strong English language communications skills are a mandatory requirement.
