A Public Sector Institution intends to hire a Director for its distance learning programs. The Director witll primarily be responsible for day-to-day management of the programs and to design, develop, Director implement and asses the web-based online courses and course materials. The Director will supervise the faculty and staff associated with the programs and shall also ensure the quality delivery of the course material to the students. 
The successful candidate will hold a doctoral qualification in Science/Information Technology/Engineering having minimum 15 years of experience in learning management, teaching and/or Learning research. In addition, the strong leadership and management skills and the ability to build constructive relationships at all levels across the institution are highly desirable.
