Job Description:

Assist program manager in the monitoring and execution of media campaign highlighting the state of teachers in Pakistan. Person will be deeply involved in the formulation and execution of the media campaign carried out by Express.

1. Create SOPs for documentation and implement them.

2. Provide input into templates, processes, and checklists for documents handling

3. Prepare Meeting Minutes and circulate to all concerned stakeholders

4. Assist Program Manager in project phases (planning, execution, controlling, monitoring & Closing)

5. Monthly project reporting to key stakeholders

6. Coordinate project related tasks with stakeholders and provide timely feedback and suggestions

7. Ensure all project phases are properly documented

8. Maintain and update project journals for future references (all communication must be properly documented)

9. Partake in brainstorming and ideation to help generate

Competencies Required:

1. Ability to work in teams

2. Able to meet stick deadlines

3. Good command on English language and ability to make reports

4. Should be self-starter and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
