Government of Sindh requires services of an individual for the position of Consultant (Appeals / Litigation) in Appeals Wing of SGA&CD equivalent to BS-17 /18 on contract basis for a period of two years having experience of ten years in dealing legal matters preferably experience of dealing with appeals / litigation matters before the Honorable Courts including Sindh Service Tribunals with the following qualifications: Position : Consultant Appeals & Litigations, SGA&CD 
Qualification LL.B from a recognized University. 
Experience 
• Expertise in dealing with appeals preferred by the aggrieved employees on Service matters in the light of relevant Rules of Government of Sindh. 
• Experience of dealing with preparation of parawise comments, written statements and statements on behalf of Government of Sindh: 
•Experience of appearance on behalf of Government of Sindh before the Honourable Courts including Sindh Service Tribunals in service matters. 
• Those in service may apply through proper channel. 
Age : Minimum 45 years and Maximum 65 years
