National Logistics Cell has entered into an agreement with Pakistan Railways to run Freight Trains on Pakistan Railways Network under Open Track Access Policy as envisaged by the Government of Pakistan. NLC is establishing maintenance facilities for the maintenance and repair of these Locomotives and Rolling Stock at Karachi and Up Country.
