REQUIRED COMPANY SECRETARY

Lahore Development Authority has incorporated Ravi Zone Development Company under the provisions of Companies Ordinance, 1984- to plan, design, built various development and infrastructure projects including River Ravi Zone of Lahore City. This mega project is expected to attract huge investment in the next coming years to fulfil promise of the government to improve the quality of life of people by improving the living standards and to ensure the value addition in the economy of the city and country. Operations and Management on Ravi Zone Development will be seen by the Competent/Apex Authority in liaison with the Board of Directors of the Company. Ravi Zone Development Company is looking for a talented and dedicated management Company Secretary with the following qualification and experience.

Job Description

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Company secretary will be responsible for maintaining the statutory registers of the company and ensuring that statutory forms are filled and submitted promptly. He/She will be coordinating the Board (and its sub committees) meeting pertaining to the organizations, recording accurate meeting minutes, and follow upon actions based upon the decisions taken by the Board. Any other matters of the Board as related to the company affairs will also be the responsibility of this individual.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate must be a person holding a Degree in Business Management/Administration or Commerce or being a Law Graduate from a recognized university with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
